The Executive Planning Team comprises of leaders from different denominations and ministries and led by Apostle Othniel Mwabili who chairs the Conference. The committee of leaders, the executive committee that came together, drawn from various senior pastors and leaders, bishops, apostles, and prophets, and many other younger ministers, coordinated in ushering, protocol, security, hospitality, media, language interpreters, moderating services, praise and worship, prayer and intercession, mobilization, and financing. A different team coordinates the young ministers in our country for a multi-generational involvement
